In this workshop, guided by both the Waves and Heartbeat maps, the invitation is to dip into and find that sweet point of surrender in each of the 5Rhythms—both in their physical expression and emotional spaces.

To dance Flowing so fully, so committedly, that we let go of all we know about Flowing—all the Flowing dances we have ever danced—swept by the full aliveness of a bigger life dance.

To trust the heartbeat of Staccato, going straight to the heart and moving from the heart, directly to what really matters in the moment’s fullness and all that it holds in its truth.

In Chaos, searching for what we need to let go of to find our freedom and peace of mind… diving well under the constant chatter of the mind to tap into that deeper trust carried in the belly from the moment the body is conceived into this life. That trust in a bigger cosmos, trust in nature’s unfolding, and trust in both the softness and the strength of pure SURRENDER.

And then, what is on the other side? What is the collateral beauty that comes after a genuine, physically and deeply felt full surrender—the only true kind of surrender? Lyrical takes us by the hand into the space that opens up inside and outside of us. No one else can take us there but our own leap of faith.

And landing into Stillness, where we can accept what we already knew, where the answer is simple, and where silence is vibrating and holding us. Again and again.

LANGUAGE & TRANSLATION: Workshop will be led in English with translation into Czech.

PREREQUISITES: 20 hours of Waves 5Rhythms classes or 1 Waves 5Rhythms weekend workshop.

CREDIT: This workshop counts as 1,5 days of Waves and 1 day of Heartbeat towards the 5Rhythms Teacher Training.

ABOUT 5RHYTHMS

The practice is as simple as it is deep. It’s formless form provides us a wonderful balance between sufficient structure and enough ample freedom to let our bodies and hearts find their very own dance.

In this dance our truth and our essence reveal themselves. When the head becomes still, the body takes the lead and a vast world of experiences opens up for us.

What we need is curiosity, the willingness to ask questions and the courage to get involved commit.
