This workshop is an invitation to return to the ground of being, to the roots of yourself. Returning to the stillpoint at the centre of our turning wheel, we will fall deeper in a natural, effortless let go and let be. Being present and awake in connection with ourselves and with others, is where so many of us long for, but don’t know how to live this. So often we loose ourselves in thoughts about past and future or we loose ourselves in being  busy.
But how often do we make time to connect to our source, our presence, our heart? While source is always present, it never leaves you. It’s our job to keep the mirror clean and the connection alive and awake.

This weekend is beautifull to do as a cycle with the workshop Connection to the Elements (in April), but it’s also possible to attend one only.
