Description
A chance to dance a wave of Gabrielle Roth’s 5Rhythms. This is an introduction to the 5-Rhythms and it can also be used as a warm-up for the weekend. An evening for fresh new beginners and for the ones who can not stop dancing. I will lead you step by step through The Wave. Everybody can dance, no matter how old you are or what shape you’re in.
